- Step 1: Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) while you prepare the chicken. - Step 2: Prepare the Coating
In a medium bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning mix, and grated Parmesan cheese. - Step 3: Coat the Chicken
Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s well-coated. Then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly so the coating sticks. - Step 4: Arrange in the Air Fryer
Place the coated chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray them with cooking spray for extra crispiness. - Step 5: Air Fry
Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C). - Step 6: Serve
Remove the chicken bites from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce such as ranch, honey mustard, or barbecue.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mix. These chicken bites also work great in wraps or over salads for a crispy protein boost.
