Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz Spaghetti
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Marinara or your favorite tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and sour cream (if using). Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and toss until noodles are evenly coated.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer the spaghetti mixture evenly on top, then pour the remaining sauce over it.
  6. Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly with golden edges.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
