Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce low-sodium recommended
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 stalks green onions thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven broiler to high and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the bang bang sauce, coating evenly.
  4. Broil the salmon for 8–10 minutes, or until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh cucumber salad for a complete meal. Adjust the sriracha to control heat level.
