Method
- Preheat the oven broiler to high and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the bang bang sauce, coating evenly.
- Broil the salmon for 8–10 minutes, or until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh cucumber salad for a complete meal. Adjust the sriracha to control heat level.
