Method
- Cook the ziti according to package directions until al dente. Rinse thoroughly with cold water and drain well.
- Very finely dice the onion, red bell pepper, and celery. Add them to a large bowl. Sprinkle in the celery salt and celery seed and toss to coat. Add the diced pimientos along with some of the liquid from the jar.
- Grate the carrot, then roughly chop the grated pieces so they are very small. Add to the bowl with the vegetables.
