  • 15 oz Diced tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method

  1. 1. Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. 2. Cook the pasta: Boil elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  4. 4. Build the sauce: Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. 5. Combine pasta and sauce: Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet, stirring until well coated.
  6. 6. Bake the casserole: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

Notes

For extra cheeseburger flavor, top with diced pickles, crispy bacon bits, or a drizzle of ketchup before serving. Leftovers reheat beautifully the next day!
