- Beat the cream cheese and sugar: In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Fold in the whipped topping: Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated and creamy.
- Add cherries and marshmallows: Fold in the mini marshmallows and cherry pie filling until evenly combined.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the fluff to thicken.
- Serve: Scoop into bowls or cups and enjoy chilled.
Notes
For extra flavor, add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or fold in crushed graham crackers just before serving.
