Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle about 12×14 inches.
- Mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Spread evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Layer Swiss cheese down the center, followed by deli ham and cooked chicken.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly into a log. Pinch seams and ends to seal.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, dried parsley, and Parmesan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve warm. Excellent with honey mustard or marinara dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of black pepper or a thin layer of baby spinach before rolling. Leftovers reheat beautifully in an air fryer or oven.
