Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise optional
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle about 12×14 inches.
  3. Mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Spread evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer Swiss cheese down the center, followed by deli ham and cooked chicken.
  5. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly into a log. Pinch seams and ends to seal.
  6. Place the stromboli seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, dried parsley, and Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice and serve warm. Excellent with honey mustard or marinara dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of black pepper or a thin layer of baby spinach before rolling. Leftovers reheat beautifully in an air fryer or oven.
