Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
- Separate the cinnamon rolls from the icing packets and set the icing aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Unroll and slightly flatten half of the cinnamon rolls and press them evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
- Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll base.
- Arrange the remaining cinnamon rolls on top, placing them side by side. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden on the edges and set in the center.
- While the bars cool slightly, whisk together the reserved icing packets, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Drizzle the cream cheese glaze generously over the warm bars. Allow to cool completely before lifting out and slicing into squares.
Notes
These bars are best served slightly warm or at room temperature. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
