Big Mac Sliders
- Cook diced onions in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
- Add ground beef and salt, cooking until the meat is done and onions are translucent, then drain any excess grease.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with the bottom halves of the slider buns.
- Spread the beef and onion mixture evenly over the bottom buns, then layer with 7 slices of American cheese and 24 pickle slices.
- Drizzle with ketchup, mustard, and the prepared secret sauce, then top with the other halves of the slider buns.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil, brush the buns with melted butter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted, then serve and enjoy.
Secret Sauce
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.
