Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 oz packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Bacon bits
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 4 cups Cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook 7–8 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Shred with two forks.
  4. Step 4: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  5. Step 5: Add shredded chicken, cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well.
  6. Step 6: Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top evenly with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Step 7: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
  8. Step 8: Cool slightly, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Make it even more flavorful by adding diced green onions or substituting smoked gouda for the cheddar. This casserole reheats beautifully and is perfect for meal prep.
