- 4. Add the Topping: Combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the casserole.

Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. You can also add cooked vegetables like broccoli or peas for extra texture and color.
