  • 4.5 cups Chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 oz Cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 10.5 oz can Unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Dried onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
  • 5 tablespoons Butter melted

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2. Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped cooked chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. 3. Assemble: Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. 4. Add the Topping: Combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the casserole.
  5. 5. Bake: Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly around the edges.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. You can also add cooked vegetables like broccoli or peas for extra texture and color.
