  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened & cubed
  • 20.5 ounces '''cream of''' soup two (2) 10.5 ounce cans of Cream of Onion or Cream of Chicken
  • 2 Tablespoons ranch seasoning mix or 1 packet
  • 6 ounces noodles cooked

Instructions
  1. Trim the boneless, skinless chicken breasts and place them evenly into a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Pour both cans of cream of soup and the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken, then place the cubed, softened cream cheese on top.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for approximately 5 hours, stirring and breaking up the chicken occasionally as it cooks.
  4. Prepare your preferred noodles according to package directions, then either stir them directly into the chicken mixture or ladle the chicken mixture over individual noodle servings.
  5. Optionally, top the finished dish with shredded Italian cheese blend and freshly ground black pepper before serving.

Notes

For best results, stir the chicken mixture occasionally while cooking and break up the chicken as it becomes tender. Feel free to use your favorite type of noodles and top with shredded Italian cheese and freshly ground black pepper for added flavor.
