Method
- 1. Preheat oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- 2. Cook pasta: Boil spaghetti until just al dente. Drain well and set aside.
- 3. Prepare sauce: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch mix, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- 4. Combine: Fold in cooked chicken, 1½ cups cheddar, Parmesan cheese, and cooked spaghetti until evenly coated.
- 5. Assemble: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- 6. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
- 7. Serve: Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley for a fresh finish.
Notes
For a little heat, add a dash of cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce. You can also substitute the chicken with turkey or ham for a different twist.
