Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Spaghetti Cooked until just al dente
  • 2 cups Cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 10.5 oz Cream of chicken soup 1 can
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 oz Ranch seasoning mix 1 packet
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese Divided
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley Optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. 2. Cook pasta: Boil spaghetti until just al dente. Drain well and set aside.
  3. 3. Prepare sauce: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch mix, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. 4. Combine: Fold in cooked chicken, 1½ cups cheddar, Parmesan cheese, and cooked spaghetti until evenly coated.
  5. 5. Assemble: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  6. 6. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. 7. Serve: Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley for a fresh finish.

Notes

For a little heat, add a dash of cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce. You can also substitute the chicken with turkey or ham for a different twist.
