- In a bowl, marinate the chicken with teriyaki sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5β7 minutes until fully cooked and lightly caramelized.
- In a separate bowl, toss together the coleslaw mix, green onions, rice vinegar, honey, and remaining sesame oil.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the wonton wrappers for 20β30 seconds per side until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Fill each crispy wonton with chicken and slaw, then drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crunch, serve the filling and wonton shells separately and assemble just before eating. These also work well as a party appetizer.
