Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces (about 1.5 lbs) Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 oz packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 oz packet Brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 10.5 oz can Cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Step 4: Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. Step 5: Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.
  6. Step 6: Stir in the sour cream until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
