Crust
  • 1 ¾ cups animal cookies crushed
  • cup butter melted
Filling
  • 14 ounces Marshmallow fluff
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with non-stick spray. Combine crushed animal cookies and melted butter, then press firmly into the pan's bottom.
  2. Whip the whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks, then set it aside.
  3. Using a mixer, cream together the cream cheese, lemon juice, and marshmallow fluff until well combined.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just incorporated.
  5. Evenly spread the filling over the prepared crust and chill the cheesecake for at least 3 hours.
  6. Carefully remove the cheesecake from the pan. For side decoration, gently touch the back of a spoon to the cheesecake's edge, dip in sprinkles, and repeat around the entire circumference.

Notes

Ensure the cheesecake chills completely for at least 3 hours to set properly before serving. For best results, use full-fat cream cheese.
