Preparation
- Spray a 9-inch springform pan with non-stick spray. Combine crushed animal cookies and melted butter, then press firmly into the pan's bottom.
- Whip the whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks, then set it aside.
- Using a mixer, cream together the cream cheese, lemon juice, and marshmallow fluff until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just incorporated.
- Evenly spread the filling over the prepared crust and chill the cheesecake for at least 3 hours.
- Carefully remove the cheesecake from the pan. For side decoration, gently touch the back of a spoon to the cheesecake's edge, dip in sprinkles, and repeat around the entire circumference.

Ensure the cheesecake chills completely for at least 3 hours to set properly before serving. For best results, use full-fat cream cheese.
