Main Ingredients
  • 1 box Ritz crackers Approximately 12 oz
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Dill pickles Sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill Chopped
  • Salt To taste (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for 15–30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and chopped dill until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Spread the cheese mixture on a Ritz cracker.
  2. Add a slice of dill pickle on top of the cheese.
  3. Top with another Ritz cracker.
  4. Place each assembled bite on a tray.
Chilling
  1. Chill the assembled bites in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled from the fridge, and pair with chips, raw veggies, or a simple salad. Use toothpicks for easy picking. For storage, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days.
