Preparation and Baking

  2. Carefully cut the crusts off each slice of bread, then use a rolling pin or can to roll each piece very thin.
  3. Brush both sides of the flattened bread slices with melted butter, then sprinkle one side generously with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Fold each side of the bread into the center, then tightly roll up each piece.
  5. Place the rolled bread onto a greased cookie sheet or into a muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes, until they turn golden brown.
  6. For an optional glaze, mix powdered sugar with any leftover melted butter and drizzle it over the warm, baked rolls.

Notes

For extra sweetness, adjust the amount of cinnamon sugar to your liking. Serve warm for the best experience.
