  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup Softened cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • for serving Whipped cream (optional)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Mix until evenly combined.
  2. Step 2: Add peanut butter, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
  3. Step 3: Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Step 4: Scoop and shape the mixture into small balls or logs. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Notes

For a nut-free version, substitute sunflower seed butter. For dairy-free, use a plant-based cream cheese. Gluten-free graham crackers work great for a gluten-free variation.
