Ingredients
Method
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter. Press firmly into a greased pie plate to form the crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the peanut butter, remaining powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth and fluffy.
- Spoon the filling into the chilled crust. Top with chopped peanuts and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
Notes
For an extra indulgent twist, freeze the pie for 30 minutes before serving for a firmer, ice-cream-like texture.
