Ingredients

Crust
  • 24 Oreos
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Filling
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • chopped peanuts for topping
  • chocolate syrup optional, for topping

Method

  1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter. Press firmly into a greased pie plate to form the crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the peanut butter, remaining powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Spoon the filling into the chilled crust. Top with chopped peanuts and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.

Notes

For an extra indulgent twist, freeze the pie for 30 minutes before serving for a firmer, ice-cream-like texture.
