Ingredients
  

Wraps
  • 4 large large flour tortillas
Filling
  • 8 ounces sliced roast beef Use thin-sliced for easy rolling.
  • 4 slices provolone cheese Can substitute with Swiss or cheddar.
  • ½ cup au jus Prepared or store-bought.
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce Optional, for a spicy kick.
  • 1 tablespoon butter For grilling.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of horseradish sauce on each tortilla if using.
  3. Layer the roast beef and a slice of provolone cheese on each tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and secure them with toothpicks if needed.
Grilling
  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in the skillet.
  3. Grill until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serving
  1. Remove from skillet, slice into pinwheels or halves, and serve warm with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Let cool to room temperature before storing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can freeze before grilling for up to 1 month; thaw in the fridge before cooking. Use toothpicks to keep rolls tight while grilling.
