  • 10.5 oz condensed French onion soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

  3. In a bowl, mix together the cooked beef, cooked rice, condensed French onion soup, and sour cream until evenly combined.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Spread the beef and rice mixture into the baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, sauté sliced onions with the beef or top with crispy fried onions before baking.
