- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Stir in chopped parsley and adjust seasoning.
- Serve the creamy pasta topped with garlic butter chicken bites. Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra richness, add a splash of pasta water to the sauce if needed. This dish pairs well with a simple green salad or steamed vegetables.
