- Preheat oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season shrimp: In a large bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss to coat evenly.
- Add coating: Mix in Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley until the shrimp are fully coated.
- Arrange: Spread shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet without crowding.
- Roast: Bake for 10–12 minutes, until pink, opaque, and slightly crisp around the edges.
- Finish: Transfer to a serving platter and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
- Serve: Garnish with extra parsley and offer lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the shrimp for the final 1–2 minutes. Great served over pasta, rice, salads, or alongside roasted vegetables.
