Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add sliced onion and bell pepper and sauté until tender. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until fully melted and smooth.
- Mix in egg, almond flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Divide dough into portions and flatten each into a rectangle between parchment paper.
- Spoon beef mixture onto each dough rectangle, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.
Notes
For extra cheesiness, sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack on top before baking. These rolls reheat well in an air fryer or oven.
