  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • whipped cream, for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is fully combined and airy.
  4. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream before serving, if desired.

Notes

For a fun twist, add a layer of chocolate ganache on the bottom of the crust or fold in fresh berries for extra flavor.
