- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, mayonnaise, condensed cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until evenly mixed.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed buttery crackers with melted butter until evenly coated. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra richness, try adding cooked bacon bits or sautéed mushrooms to the filling. This casserole pairs wonderfully with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables.
