- Step 1: Mix the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix thoroughly until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. - Step 2: Assemble the Wraps
Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among them, spreading the filling toward the center. Roll each tortilla tightly to form wraps, tucking in the edges as you roll. - Step 3: Toast the Wraps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. - Step 4: Slice and Serve
Remove wraps from the skillet and let rest for 1–2 minutes. Slice diagonally and serve warm. Pair with a dipping sauce like ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli for extra flavor!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning to the chicken mixture. You can also use spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for a fun twist!
