  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup Garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 pieces Large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Mix the Filling
    In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix thoroughly until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among them, spreading the filling toward the center. Roll each tortilla tightly to form wraps, tucking in the edges as you roll.
  3. Step 3: Toast the Wraps
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes
