Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, drained Rotel, Bisquick, and garlic powder.
- Mix thoroughly using your hands until the mixture is fully combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra heat, use hot breakfast sausage or add a pinch of cayenne pepper. These sausage balls freeze well—just reheat in the oven before serving.
