Preparation
- Measure the Rice Chex and add it to a large bowl.
- In a separate bag, add powdered sugar and cookie mix.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the green icing in 20-second intervals until smooth.
- Pour the melted icing over the Rice Chex and fold gently.
- Add the sprinkles and fold again to coat.
Coating
- Transfer the coated cereal into the gallon bag and shake well to ensure all pieces are covered.
- Pour the mixture out onto a baking pan and let dry.
- Add more sprinkles on top after it dries.
Notes
Let the mix dry fully before storing in an airtight container or zip bag at room temperature. It keeps fresh for about 1 week. Do not refrigerate.
