Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Topping
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup caramel sauce warm
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, and salt until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for about 15 minutes, then remove from oven.
  5. While the crust is still warm, pour caramel sauce over it and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chocolate chips over the caramel layer.
  7. Return to oven and bake for 10–15 more minutes. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

Use warm caramel for easy spreading. Press crust firmly to hold shape. Toast coconut for a deeper flavor. For added texture, include chopped nuts or chocolate chunks.
