Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, and salt until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for about 15 minutes, then remove from oven.
- While the crust is still warm, pour caramel sauce over it and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut and chocolate chips over the caramel layer.
- Return to oven and bake for 10–15 more minutes. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
Use warm caramel for easy spreading. Press crust firmly to hold shape. Toast coconut for a deeper flavor. For added texture, include chopped nuts or chocolate chunks.
