  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • cup honey
  • ½ cup low sodium ketchup
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • ½ tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Method
 

Steps
  1. Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, oregano, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken, cover, and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, remove the lid and transfer the chicken to a serving plate.
  5. Spoon the remaining sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure chicken thighs are evenly distributed in the slow cooker. Cooking times may vary depending on your slow cooker model.
