- Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, oregano, and parsley until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, cover, and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the lid and transfer the chicken to a serving plate.
- Spoon the remaining sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
