- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
- Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese.
- Close the sandwiches and trim the crusts for a neat presentation.
- Cut the sandwiches into quarters and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
Notes
Wrap unserved sandwiches in plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Do not freeze.
