- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, and ¾ cup of the parmesan cheese until the mixture is smooth.
- Transfer the combined dip mixture into a greased baking dish, such as an 8x8 inch pan or a glass pie dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the dip in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, then serve warm with crackers or bread.
