Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened (680g)
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
  • 0.5 cup White chocolate chips melted
  • 0.5 cup Milk chocolate chips melted
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Fresh berries

Method

  1. 1. Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. 2. Make the Crust: Combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  3. 3. Prepare the Cheesecake Batter: In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat until creamy. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. 4. Create the Chocolate Layers: Divide the batter into three equal parts. Stir melted semi-sweet chocolate into one portion, white chocolate into another, and milk chocolate into the third.
  5. 5. Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the three batters alternately into the prepared crust to form distinct layers or a marbled pattern.
  6. 6. Bake: Bake for 60–70 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the door slightly ajar, allowing the cheesecake to cool for 1 hour.
  7. 7. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to fully set the cheesecake.
  8. 8. Decorate and Serve: Before serving, top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh berries for a decadent finish.

Notes

For the creamiest texture, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before mixing. To prevent cracks, avoid overbaking and let the cheesecake cool gradually.
