- Step 1: In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the next layers.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk for 2–3 minutes until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Step 4: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces.
- Step 5: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For extra indulgence, drizzle more caramel and chocolate right before serving. You can also freeze for 30 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
