Method
- Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter or coconut oil. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch pan and chill for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream gently until fluffy.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
- Sprinkle crushed holiday cookies and optional add-ins over the top.
- Chill at least 2 hours or overnight before slicing and serving cold.
Notes
For a peppermint twist, fold 1–2 tablespoons of crushed candy cane into the filling. For a firmer texture, freeze for 20–30 minutes before slicing.
