Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 40 cookies chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
Topping
  • 1 cup crushed holiday cookies
  • optional crushed candy canes or mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter or coconut oil. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch pan and chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream gently until fluffy.
  3. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  4. Sprinkle crushed holiday cookies and optional add-ins over the top.
  5. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight before slicing and serving cold.

Notes

For a peppermint twist, fold 1–2 tablespoons of crushed candy cane into the filling. For a firmer texture, freeze for 20–30 minutes before slicing.
