Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.75 oz
  • ½ cup milk
  • 6 oz dry stuffing mix
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Swiss cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss the dry stuffing mix with melted butter until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the buttered stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken layer.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.

Notes

Serve this casserole with a green salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Leftovers reheat well and are great the next day.
